Yoga for relaxation is a workshop designed to help you learn how to relax in our increasingly hectic world. Through this practice you will learn postures that will help to reduce muscle tension and discomfort. We will also be learning and practicing breath sequences that help to reduce stress and anxiety. Handouts will be available for review in your personal practice. Students should bring a block, towel, small blanket and a bolster, pillow or medium to soft 24” foam roller.
