We are excited to offer a new format for this yoga class. You will register for six yoga classes that you can spread over an 8 week session. During class, we will focus on developing our core muscles and connecting our breath to movement. Through a regular yoga practice we can bring mindfulness into the way we move through the world. This is a beginner to intermediate Vinyasa class. Please bring a mat. A block is recommended. If you prefer to register for 7 or 8 classes, please contact the office for payment.
