Through a regular yoga practice we can bring mindfulness into the way we move through the world. This is a beginner to intermediate Vinyasa class. We will focus on developing our core muscles and connecting our breath to movement. Please bring a mat. A block is recommended. Enjoy this extended class in June, July, and August!
