Start the new year off right, with this Hatha-Vinyasa style class. We will flow between holding poses while keeping our focus on our intention and breath. Come prepared to work up to more advanced poses some days, and others just experience a variety of postures. We will build strength, gain flexibility, balance and better body awareness.
