Fun and Fitness through Line Dancing

Whether you are first on the dance floor or not, line dances are a great way to exercise and have fun. Grab a friend or make new ones as we learn some popular line dances such as the Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, and Cotton Eye Joe. We will do low impact stretching and strengthening exercises between dances. Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement and either dance shoes, sneakers or bare feet. All you need are your dancing feet and a water bottle.
